From the people who bring you Prairie Lights, Halloween Nights is a new family-friendly event specifically designed for kids, young adults and adults who seek a not-so-scary, but oh-so-fun activity for Halloween.

The walk-through event is full of dazzling lighted displays and playful fun activities located at at QuikTrip Ballpark at Grand Prairie, home of the American Association 2008 Southern Division Champions Grand Prairie AirHogs.

“We see dozens of very scary haunted houses targeting those who are not feint of heart and like a good scare,” said Rick Herold, Parks and Recreation Director and creator of Halloween Nights. “In my business, though, we work with thousands of younger and school-age kids and their families who flock to our recreation center Halloween events because they are fun, reasonably priced and not scary. We really feel there is a niche in the Halloween market for a good old-fashioned ‘fun house’ type event like Halloween Nights.”
