Aquatic Fitness

Aquatic fitness stimulates and tones muscles while building confidence and self esteem.

Lap Swimming – Swim, water run/ walk, strengthening or rehabilitation in the water.
Use the water to get the best workout. From swimming lengths of the pool, to water jogging, toning, strengthening, and relaxing, the water can work wonders. It's fun, good for you and offered year round. Ages: Young Adult - Seniors.

"Wetworks" by Vernetta Turner - "The Ultimate Total Body Workout"
This unique concept of water exercise works you out aerobically, tones, strengthens, and burns fat. It's fun, good for you and it's offered year round. Wetworks is excellent in promoting cardiovascular fitness. The originator of the program, Vernetta Turner, and her staff of expertly trained instructors teach it. Classes are unlimited and registration is continuous.

Splash TAAF Swim Team - "The Recreational Workout"
A summer swimming team designed to introduce swimming as a competitive sport. Practices are fun filled with techniques and training design for brand new swimmers to more advanced athletes. For more information, please call us at 972-263-8174. Spend your summer swimming!
